Policy
We receive such a high
volume of request that
our company has instituted
a policy requiring a formal,
written proposal along
with color renderings
and or photos of proposed
project so our review
manager can give each
request the proper attention
and consideration it deserves.
Please no phone call inquiries
accepted..
Proposals must include
a detailed description
of the project, information
on who owns the vehicle,
product requested, list
of all shows, events,
and exhibits where the
vehicle will appear, other
media exposure that will
be generated , along with
examples of past editorial
coverage that the company/individual
has achieved so we can
be assured of the company/individuals
ability to obtain publicity.
Fiber Images requires
all persons or companies
requesting products to
agree to and follow the
guidelines listed below:

• All product
supplied for the
sponsored vehicle
must be solely for
the said vehicle
and is not to be
re-sold, transferred,
held in storage
or otherwise modified.
•Fiber Images product
must be on the sponsored
vehicles for no
less than 1 year.
•The sponsored
vehicle must display
a 2x14-2x16 inch
sticker across the
said product.
•Progress reports
including photographs
must be submitted
quarterly for the
12 months.
•Progress reports
are to include descriptions
of vehicle activities
and supporting printed
materials and photos
(i.e. event entry
form)
